Alicia D. White, MBA

Born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky but reared in Clinton, SC but her foundation and strength is embedded deep from and with her family. Alicia is the mother of two energetic children Jourdyn, 16 & Myles, 11, the sister to five phenomenal women, Janice, Laura, MaDonna, Sammie, & Marilyn and one brother Terry and she is the daughter of four God fearing parents, Hattie S. Suber, Diane Collins *, Samuel J. White, & James A. Suber*. 

Alicia was called to start The JordanMiles Group after a failed marriage and years of wasting time and energy on unhealthy relationships.  She has been tried and knows it to be true that without God in the midst - happiness is hard to come by!

Her desire and passion is to encourage, motive, & empower women and youth to love themselves first in order to be able to effectively love someone else.

Alicia received her education from McKendree College, University of Louisville, and Strayer University.  Her background and training is in Human Resource Management and she has been blessed to travel extensively across the United States and work with Fortune 100 companies in executive HRM & Training roles. 

She is also certified through The Professional Woman Network in Women’s Issues, Diversity, and Save Our Youth.

Alicia co-authored, "Raising African American Boys" and the soon to be released "Bruised But Not Broken."

Alicia is available to present seminars and workshops to schools, churches, organizations, and individuals on a local and national basis.
